Dolce Shine Gift Card

 Gift Card Refund Policy 

 Dolce Shine Medspa gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. 

 Unused gift cards may be refunded as follows: 

•  Within 30 days of purchase:
  Unused gift cards are 100% refundable to the original mode of payment. 
•  After 30 days of purchase:
  Unused gift cards are 100% refundable as Dolce Shine Medspa store credit only. Store credit may be applied toward eligible services or products at Dolce Shine Medspa. 
•  Non-candidates for treatment:
  If, after consultation, Dolce Shine Medspa determines that the gift card recipient is not a candidate for treatment, the unused gift card is eligible for a 100% refund, as long as the gift card has not been used and has not expired. 
• Gift cards must be unused to qualify for a refund or store credit. Once a gift card has been partially or fully redeemed, it is no longer eligible for a cash refund. 
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Promotions, bonus credits, or complimentary gift card amounts may be subject to additional restrictions. 
•  Dolce Shine Medspa reserves the right to verify gift card purchase details before processing any refund or store credit request.
